An e-mail has been in the out box for 15 hours and is using up all of my data plan. How can I stop this?

Try to delete the email from the drafts or outbox folders on your phone. If you can't, delete the account from your phone, then go to the webmail site for your email provider, log into your account and delete any emails from the outbox or drafts folders. Then recreate the account on your phone.
