Using Apple TV

I downloaded a film from Apple Store on my IMac and I want to see it on my TV using Apple TV. Anyone knows how to transfer it?

Apple TV, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Sorry for not being more clear. I've got the **** cable. I didn't wait long enough though. When the film was completely downloaded, it appeared quite naturally on my Apple TV menu. Thanks anyway.
