How to get the photos tab in iTunes

Hello, I have a Windows 7 computer with the latest iTunes on it and I want to sync some photos on my iPod Touch 4th Gen. but I had a lot of problems with it. I read a lot of queries and they said use the photos tab in iTunes but I don't have the photos tab. Can someone help? Thanks.

The Photo tab will only appear after you have connected your device to your PC and you select "iPod Touch" under devices on the left Pane.

That's is correct. You should have two Albums(or folders), One is for Pictures taken from your iPod touch and photos received and saved from your emails. The other is the one sync from your computer.

iTunes does not sync iPod's "Photo Library" with your PC. If you want to save those photos to your PC, refer to this article:

Don't worry, there is no duplication. Photo Library is just a summary all the photos from different folders that you have synced over. Right now you have synced only one folder to the library and therefore your Synced folder (14photos) is equal to Photos Library(14).

Say you have synced 3 folders, A(15), B(8), C(12), on you iPod you will have Albums 'photo Library (35), A(15), B(8), C(12). So you have an option to display slideshow of all photos by using Photo Library or just photos within particular folder by going into A or B or C. Hope above explains.
