Wi-Fi deactivates automatically and cannot be activated

Hello together,

I have a problem with my Wi-Fi adapter. Irregularly my Wi-Fi connection stucks with still showing that a connection should be there but the internet is not working. Anyhow I manually deactivate the whole Wi-Fi adapter and I cannot switch it on again. Same problem exists when sometimes awake the Macbook and then the adapter is again deactivated. In both cases just a restart helps to solve the problem. After that everythink is working perfect again...

Do any of you have an idea what to check? I'm not really familiarly with the log files... Thx

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
