safari blocks websites due web filtering service error
websites are blocked in safari of my iphone 4, the message is error while trying to rate the websites using the filtering service.could some one help me out why ?

iPhone Safari DOES NOT use any rating filtering service. If you are getting this warning, it's coming from either your cell carrier (while on cell data), your ISP (while on WiFi) or your government.
