how can I delete temp folders from my hard drive?

I continually get booted out of Safari due to a pop-up "safari quit unexpectedly while using .digitbitestudio win audiorecorder.tmp.

How can I remove this temp file, in order to avoid this continuously problem?

You likely have the Flashback malware, run your Software Update until clear, it will remove it.
