Hi, I have recently purchased an Epson Stylus SX535WD printer, and have set it up with my MAC OSX, however when I print the colour is not the colour on the page, i.e when I want red I get yellow? do I need to install a new driver? On the help menu via Epson i said to check that grayscale was not clicked in the print driver setting, however when I look for this I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any suggesions?

When the Print dialog comes up, try the PDF>Print to PDF option, does the PDF show these off colors also?
Hi, sorry for the late response I tried to print to PDF option and it shows the colour as true ie "red" but still prints the in yellow, any other suggestions?
use the Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, and Print Head Alignment in Epson Printer Utilities
refer to the epson user manual for details on how to use the utilities.
Also check the Status Monitor to show the ink level.
All printers are supplied with an ink test cartridge which only has enough ink for a few pages.
I am certain you either have a blocked Magenta ink head or are low on magenta ink.

Hi Gary I have done all of the suggestions, it is a brand new printer so my ink levels are full, I have also cleaned the print heads and did a nozzel check :-( it still won't print the right colours
if the ink levels are OK and the nozzle check is showing incorrect colours ( not yellow magenta and cyan) then the printer is faulty.
Take the printer back to the supplier with the nozzle check test prints showing the fault and get a replacement.
