When I try to use manual management, I get a message that my iPhone is synced with another library and do I want to erase this iPhone and and sync with this itunes library

I am trying to copy a playlist from my iPod to my iPhone.

When I try to use manual management, I get a message that my iPhone is synced with another library and do I want to erase this iPhone and and sync with this itunes library. I don't think I want to do that.

Also, I have tried manually to drag and drop songs/playlist to my iPhone and it doesn't work.

You can manually manage or sync with only one computer/library at a time. If you manually manage or sync to another it will erase the current content.

Also, you can sync or manually manage; not both. If you switch between the two it will also erase the current content.
