If it is a specialized Internet Explorer application, you may need to install the correct version of ActiveX for your version of installed Windows. Contact the authors of Catcrew and ask them if there are any specialized addons for Windows users running the version of Windows you have installed. VMWare is supposed to make running any version of Windows seamless on your Mac. If there are specialized drivers involved, contacting VMWare to ask if there are issues with said driver may be necessary. Some require 64 bit addressed Windows, which not all Macs support.
