Already told you. Since I I've already won, you would have gotten an error message...and be signed up to receive thousands of SPAM messages daily from every Spammer known to mankind 😎.
They are phishing for e-mail addresses. They send out to "everybody" (1000's of addresses) hoping one answers back to know it is "live". And some of those carry viruses that attach to the mail server (not embedded in your computer itself) that use your "friends" list as a lauch-point for sending more spam that is labelled as coming from you, not from them. Then those recipients start bouncing/sending-back those messages blocking you because you are the easily advertised sender.
Do not play this game. They have been playing it longer than you have and know more tricks.
