I cant use icloud mail within outlook 2010. I always get a popup that says I have to re-enter my password.
I tried nearly everything ... but nothing worked.
I'm guessing apple is somehow refusing my connection ... but i don't know why. I use the icloud control panel to set everything up, I checked outlook-settings ... don't know what else I should do!
Does anybody have an idea or at best a solution?

I have the same issue, however I've been using OUtlook 2010 and icloud mail since it first came out and it as working until a ~week ago. When I got on today, I had the re-appearing login.
If your password does not meet these requirements I would change it so that it does:
Minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number, no special characters.
Verify that you are using the correct server credentials:
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
Note: If you receive errors using SSL, try using TLS instead.
Additional Information
SSL is required for both IMAP and SMTP connection with iCloud. POP is not supported by iCloud.
... there was n "!" in my password that obviously was to much for the imap-server 😉 ...
