Those are 2 completely different quiestions.
"Download Bluetooth" - Bluetooth is already on your device. Do you mean download files using Bluetooth? If so, that can't be done. iPhones do not support that type of bt protocol.
If you dowloaded an official ringtone from iTunes:
Setting > Sounds > Ringtone > select from list. (your new ringtone will appear there)
whern i went into the settings for the ringtones, the ringtone that i dowloaded from the funny ringtone app wasn't there to be found.
thank you for replying back, but again isn't there another way to use the ringtones from the app for the phone when someone calls and have a diff ringtone for each person instead of using the ringstones i already have?
Contact the App Vendor and ask them where the app downloads ringtones too. If it was the actual store it would go into that ringtone section, but seeing as it's a third party application, likely with it's own way of getting you stuff, they'd be the best people to speak with.
Most times, if not all, they have a section on the purchase screen of the store with a link too their support page
Not knowing exactly how your ringtone was obtianed, I can't say where it ended up or how to get it into the ringtone list where it belongs. Read the docs with your 3rd party app.
