Just an FYI, when they say "Mac" is aware of the problem, they aren't aware, Apple is the name of the company, not Mac. It is as if a Dell customer said Latitude is aware of the problem. And the problem is with the coupon software company using insecure Java. Until they fix their Java, or use a different engine, which is more uniformly supported as suggested by http://www.anybrowser.org/ it will be a problem.

Hi MrMcGavin,

I noticed from the post above that you may be having trouble printing coupons and wanted to check to see if this is still an issue. We are sorry you are having trouble installing the Coupon Printer.

Please install the Coupon Printer from the link below,
http://install.coupons.com

Download the Coupon Printer -> click on “Run” -> Accept the license agreement -> click “Finish”. You should see a message saying the installation was successful. Please return back to the coupon page to attempt again.

You may also visit our troubleshooting guide by clicking the link below for more tips, http://www.coupons.com/couponweb/help/print/faqs.html

Contact the vendor you wish to buy from whose coupons are unprintable. Tell them the situation and that their webmaster needs to seriously read http://www.anybrowser.org/ Tell the vendor you will not buy their products until such time either the coupons are more readily printable, or they offer cheaper prices without coupons.

For price comparison it is often useful to go to places such as

http://www.bizrate.com/

http://shopping.google.com

http://www.pricegrabber.com/

http://www.shopping.com/

and believe it or not, http://www.amazon.com/ offers third party retailers.

Not all are of high quality, so double check with the reseller rating and better business bureau ratings in the state in question.

Good luck!

These are all old responses. I have only had a Mac since September 2012 and have been able to print coupons on and off since then. My iOS is Mountain Lion 10.8.2. The site I have the most problem with is Target using the Catalina coupon printer. Does anyone know if there is any new information or work around to make these coupons print. Will they work if I install a different browser like Firefox or Google Chrome? Ultimately I think this is something Apple should look into because people will not want to buy Macs if they are always so difficult to use with other software out there. I'm starting to regret buying a Mac instead of a new Windows 7 or 8 PC.
