AirPlay won't connect. The network is fine I select Apple TV it bounces back to iPad and refuses to connect.

Both the Apple TV and multiple iPad display the icon, but "Just doesn't work". Resetting the iPad doesn't work. Both iPads and Apple TV are working, can connect or the network, are on the same network segment, Apple remote via wifi works for all iDevices, it just won't connect today.

I found a solution. Probable cause is software glitch, memory leak, poor Q&A. When Apple TV, "Just Doesn't Work", go to Settings -> General -> Restart. This will clear out memory and compensate for the problem that is Apple TV.
