No, it won't. Anyone who says otherwise has only created a proof-of-concept system and not a workable OS because there are no Mac OS X drivers for the computer's hardware.

Plus the Apple terms of use makes it illegal to run a Mac OS on a non-Mac computer.
However, Apple's newer Macs can run both OS X and Windows.
