can't sign in to imessage

Having same problem. Can anyone help

Mines the same im on iphone 3gs when i enter my user and pass it goes to the next screen when i click "next" just bounces me back to the first page and asks me to sign in again.

Ive checked my user pass and they are defo correct.

Please advise

Mine was doing the same thing and i found on another post to go the settings, general, date&time and set Automatically to ON. Sounds crazy as to why would that have anything to do with it BUT mine is working now!!!

That was the weirdest thing ... Fixed. Anyone know what that option has to do with iMessage and why there is no error message? Very frustrating.

This solved my problem and I would like to thank safetyrep for giving a valuable input about the sign in problem in I message.

After installation of Mountain Lion I encountered the same problem on my MacBook Pro and failed to resolve till i came across the post of safetyrep.

Here, I would like to make some addition to the input of safetyrep; my time and date was set autunatically from the beginning.

I unchecked the time and date Tab and checked the tab "select the timezone automatically and immidiately i could send the imessage. Surely its weird
