i am considering purchsing an Apple TV unit. i have seen them work and think it would be a great addition to my Mac arsenl....lol
My question is connection to my TV. most of my TVs are older and use the yellow/white/Red cables to connect or the RF cable. i do not have any HDMI ports on the TVs. I do however use a DVR/Cable box between the cable in and the TV.
Is there a way to connect the Apple TV withough an HDMI port?

any attempt to convert digital hd from hdmi to old vhs quality composite which the red white yelllow means
would result in non of the drm material from itunes or netflix or the likes ever working

so i am guessing that other then buying a new TV....my only other option is to see if my Cable Box/DVR has an input jack that can accept the HDMI.
didn't seem to work. the HDMI on the back of the cable/DVR box doesn't allow it to be a pass though
