I am trying to sync our iTunes account with Outlook 2010. In the info sections only one of our email

I am trying to sync calendar and contact on our iPad with iTunes and Microsoft Outlook 2010. In iTunes only one of our 4 email and contacts accounts is visible to sync. How do I make all the email/calendar/contact accounts visible in iTunes.
