Compressor jobs get stuck and will not segment videos.

I have had this issue a few times in the past, but after the .0.3 update this seems to be an ongoing problem.

After submitting a batch that is prepared for HTTP Live Streaming (the same exact way I have done for over 200 videos) Share Monitor hangs at 99%.

In the past I would get an error or something of that nature. Now I don't even get that. When I try to cancel the job It hangs at canalling. I have tried Compressor > Reset Background Processing, and deleting the jobs form the history window.

This does not seem to be an isolated issue. I have tried this on both of my computers and continue to get the same result.

Computer 1: 27" iMac 2.7GHz i5 12GB ram OSX10.7.3

Computer 2: 27" iMac 2.93GHz i7 12GB ram OSX10.7.3

Both are running Compressor 4.0.3

The media is located on an external Raid 5 enclosure connected via FireWire 800.

Finishing these jobs is both mission critical and time sensitive.

As always any help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Mike
