Billing Info will not update to Apple TV, CANNOT RENT MOVIES!!!!

I lost my credit card and had to get a new one, I updated my itunes on my computer and it works perfectly fine. The problem is that I have tried everything to get it to show up on th Apple TV, but when I click to rent a movie it says "Enter Securtiy Code" witht he credit card number ending in (1234) for example.

The only problem is, that is my OLD credit card number. When I type in the correct number for either my new card or old card (I remember my old code) it tells me to go update my Billing Info in iTunes on my computer. So when I go to my computer, I notice that everything is already correct with the new card and billing address.

My question is, HOW can I get AppleTV to update my Billing Info? If I have updated all my computers, why won't it notice a change?

I have already reset the settings, reset the AppleTV numerous times, and signed in and out multiple times. Nothing works.
