Apr 23, 2012 1:50 PM in response to lucbirebentby randers4,★HelpfulCoud be than your touch screen is unresponsive in the bottom left corner of your phone. You can test this by opening the Maps app and try touching the "show your current location" arrow on the bottom left. Tapping this multiple times should toggle the screen to show which direction you're heading. If it doesn't, then it's probably the screen in that location. If so, you can try the troubleshooting steps here to resolve it: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1827, otherwise you should take it to the Apple store for evaluation as you may have a hardware issue. (It should still be under warranty.)
