Why are we no longer listed in K-12 directory?

We initially published our iTunes U site on 4/11/2012 (in the morning). Our content was available and we were listed in the K-12 directory shortly after our publishing. Later that day our listing disappeared. We posted 9 courses and you can still see them if you search for the course, our school, or the faculty member who created the courses. We can even see our school page, but our listing has still not returned to the directory. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are supposed to demo this for our Board of Trustees this weekend.
