Will me 2006 iMAC run FCPX after upgrades?

I have a late 2006 iMac running osx 10.7.3 with 2.16 ghz core 2 duo, 3gb 667mhz ddr2 sram and an ATI radeon x1600 128mb.

I am looking to put FCPX on it. I lost FCP7 when i upgraded the OS but I have moved to FCPX on my new iMAC. I am wanting to use the old iMAC for a secondary computer. Will this run FCPX?
