I locked myself out of my phone because I changed my passcode and can't get what I THOUGHT I changed it to to work...phone is now disabled....what to do?

How do I get my phone to work after I disabled it by not properly remembering my passcode?

iPhone 4

Restore it from the computer with which it was most recently synched.

If that computer is not available or that step doesn't work, then you need to put your phone in recovery mode (search Google) and restore.

iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212 - entering wrong codes results in progressively longer lockout times until device must be restored completely.

You can restore the iPhone from backup on the last computer your iPhone synced with, this will allow you to reset the passcode http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414. If you do not have access to the last computer the phone synced with, you will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore as a new device, all data on the phone will be erased http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.
