I recently sold my old Computer to buy a new one. I backed up just about everything except for my music... however, I have all that music on my ipod touch 3Gen 8G. I've tried and tried getting my music off, but I just can't. Somebody PLEASE help!!

No. You cannot do that. Sync is one way i.e. from PC to Device only.
However, you may try some 3rd party software at you own risk.

For the rest of your iPod music, you will need to use a program like TouchCopy to copy your iPod content onto your computer or straight to your new iTunes. There are free TouchCopy PC and Mac downloads available from here
