cant play music on iphone 4s

I cannot play my purchased music on my iphone 4S, and I purchased on the same I phone, I did a full restore and now I cannot play my music, also can't tranfer to itunes on my PC! After the full restore, I download my purchased songs for the icloud, it worked okay for the 1st day, now cannot play songs, dont want to do another restore, did a couple of hard resets and still now sound from my music, pandora works fine!
