I cannot find the inverted exclamation mark or the inverted question mark on the spanish keyboard.

Don't have a Spanish one, but on the English one, SHIFT+OPTON+? = ¿ and

OPTION+1 = ¡

According to the Spanish keyboard layout as depicted in Keyboard Viewer -

The inverted exclamation mark is Shift-1

The inverted question mark is Shift-comma
