Q: I still can not access my iTunes store. I have done everything, but still nothing happen. What do I do now?

It is flipping impossible for me to access my iTunes store. I have read and done everything and it still will not let me access it. I am very disappionted with iTunes. How do I fix this problem?

iPod touch (4th generation), Windows 7
