My iPhone 4S has been unlocked by AT&T but when I try to activate it there are zip code and SSN requested that I haven't got. Please help me how I can activate my iPhone 4S

How do you know your iPhone has been unlocked by AT&T?
1# Make sure you have an internet connection in iTunes.
2# An AT&T Real MicroSIM(not one that has been cut down) must be in the phone.
3# Restore in iTunes.

I have wrote to AT&T Customer Support about unlock of my iPhone and after few days have received a confirmation via email that my iPhone has been unlocked and I should restore it in iTunes to complete this case.
But when I did it, iPhone and iTunes still required the zip code and ssn, but I haven't got them and don't know who was the first buyer...

These are security verifications used by carriers and isn't an issue with your iPhone...
You should probably call your service provider and politely let them know that you would like to set up
an unlocked iphone as your primary handset and give them the correct info ie. YOUR ssn and home zip code.
So, they reassign old zip&ssn of previous owner to my zip&ssn as present owner, correct?
