If you are implying that game is for windows you cannot run it on a mac unless you run it on windows on your mac (via bootcamp or using a virtualizer like parallels, vmware, etc.).

Check to see if there is a mac version of that game. Of course you could play that one on your mac.

Not unless you buy Windows 7 and install via bootcamp or Parallels or VMware.Might be cheaper buying an old windows laptop.
