My playlists (on my Mac) won't sync to my iPhone

Suddenly, my Playlists on my Mac won't sync to my iPhone. Only the individual songs will sync - so all the songs are in my iPhone but not organized in any type of playlists.

Is this a software glitch? And if so, any idea on when its going to be fixed??

Please HELP!
