Q: can't shutdown my iMac after opening iTunes or Outlock 2011

can't shutdown my mac after opening iTunes or Outlock 2011,

on verbose mode i get the error, so if i dont open one of the applications i can shutdown the mac

got anyone some tips ? thanks

unmount of /home failed (45)
unmount of /net failed (45)
