Please help me figure out how to re sunc a playlist on my old iphone for some reason it wont download!

If you are syncing manually, you'll need to manually drag this playlist over and onto your iPhone from under Devices in the left hand pane of iTunes.
Apps can not be managed manually. You'll need configure them to sync to your iPod. See this article for more instructions and information.

I have the 3G i phone and it wont sync my new playlist that ive added, as well as my apps. Is there a way I can fix this? I am syncing it manually.
