Q: itunes doesn't load after upgrade

After installing latest version (10.6.7) of Itunes, it does not load on computer (freezes). System Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3 with Internet Explorer 8

Doublechecking. In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?

iTunes for Windows XP: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues
