I load the new iOS5 and I made an Backup and I load it too,but all my Photos are lost HOw can I get them Back ???

Which photos? If the missing photos were synced to the iPod then you have to get them from where you got them the first time. Synced photos are not in the backup that iTunes makes.
I have taken some Photos with my iPod .
I forgot to save the photos before i update .
Can I got them back of anyway
No if you didn't back your iPod up when you had the photos you can not get them back
Did you have photo stream on
Go to photos and turn photo stream on and go to photos and if your connected to wifi they might come back
