Snow leopard to os x lion upgrade

I upgraded from snow leopard to OS x lion 10.7 few weeks back. Ever since then I am facing issues with iTunes, Chrome, software update and other applications. I wanted to upgrade to 10.7.3 however even I am unable to do that. Has anyone faced issue?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7)
