Completing an SD season returns the HD to original amount

I bought a season on iTunes in SD one episode at a time, the idea was to buy the HD version at a later time.

When I bought an episode in SD the HD price would be reduced by the same amount but once the SD version was complete the HD version went back to the full amount.

Anyone else have this issue?

There's also this if you buy episodes one at a time - be careful as you get close to the price of single episode:

I had a problem that support were pretty unhelpful with a few weeks ago.

I bought 2 episodes of a 4 part show on Appletv, planning to complete my season in iTunes Later.

Individual episodes were 1.89 and the series 4.99.

Id assumed I'd get the rest for 1.21 but no.

It seems that if the outstanding amount is less than a single episode it won't work so beware with short seasons!
