I purchased the p90x app on my 4s and I want to be able to watch it on my iPad 2 but when I go to open it on my iPad it tells me to purchase it again. Is there a way I can get it on my iPad without having to purchase it again?

Are you looking under the "Purchased" tab in the App Store, or using the search function? Try the Purchased tab.
If you are talking about one of the inapp workout purchases, apparently not if you read the reviews.
Ok so I went into purchased apps on my iPad and down loaded my app but when I go to do a workout it tells me to pay again is there anyway to add the same app on my other devices without me paying again...?
Make sure you use the same account for your iPhone and iPad, then you can use the App you already paid on your iPhone... The only exception is if there is an iPhone and iPad version, sometimes you have to pay an iPad version, if you don't want to pay for an iPad version, you can install the iPhone version, but the quality of the app won't be as good as the iPad version.

I suspect the only way you're gonna be able to do that is to restore your iPad from a current backup of your iPhone. This will transfer the in-app purchase data to your iPad.
