    Sorry, it's against the Terms of Use to discuss jailbroken devices. See if you can return it to the seller or ask for instructions from them.

    Apple considers jailbreak a violation of use and it voids your warranty.  Aple does not help and this forum does not.

     

    Even if you did not jailbreak it yourself.

     

    You need to work with ebay and try to get your money back.

     

    Next time exchange the iPhone you buy from others at an Apple store or ATT/Verizon/Sprint to be sure the phone is valid and error-free.
