I am unable to use personal hotspot in iPad 3
I am unable to get the settings as personal hotspot .
iPad Wi-Fi + 4G, iOS 5.1
Does your carrier support it on the iPad (even if they support it on the iPhone they don't necessarily also support it on the iPad) ? You may also need to contact them in case it's an extra fee/subscription, and it should initially appear under Settings > General > Network > Personal Hotspot (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4517)
