Automating the ePub launch in iBooks

Is there a way to have the ePub files open in iBooks automatically? The issue is: if I wanted to within my organization provide other users with the ePub file via email, is there a way they can open the file automatically within iBooks. So that when they click on the file in their email, it opens in a similar fashion as a bundle file does with X-Code AdHoc files. Or is there a way to distribute within the enterprise ePubs to all employees iBooks on their respective iPads?
