i ve difficulties wth apple Tv 1st generation. on my itunes (using sony PC), the computer can read the apple TV but can't syn any data

i ve had the apple tV for 2 yrs but i m encountered with a problme now that i can't sync data anymore from my PC to the apple TV. also when i open itunes and click on apple tv device i cant find only photos and nothing else to sunc. while i can sync everything else to my ipod touch and i pad
