why won't iCloud synch my Outlook contacts?, why won't iCloud synch my Outlook contacts?

When I try to synch iCloud (using Outlook 2010) on my wife's PC, I see things loading and then an error message appears saying it can't complete the synch. Her photos synch with her iPhoneno issues. What can I do?
