I do not have a computer with internet so I do not have itunes on my computer. Is there an alternative way to active my iphone that doesn't involve syncing to itunes or to a computer?

If it is running iOS 5, no computer is required. You can activate it over the air.

you can active your iphone via the unit only, when you open your new device, you can see the message" chose the language", you can try the steps to active it
i have ios 7 and to try and set it up but some one else email is up there and i have no laptop
Return the phone you got and get your money back. There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
