The one providing the email account - you know, the one running the email server.

People in my Mail contacts (or used to be in my Mail contacts) receive one or two emails supposedly from me every other day, sometimes every day. They are generally links to Canadian drug stores. I changed my password with my Internet provider, AT&T. However, I am unable to change my Mail passwords. Can someone walk me through that process -- assume nothing. Tell me EXACTLY what to do. The keychain thing is beyond my understanding.
