Does Time Machine restore iWeb projects?

I was working in iWeb when it suddenly quit. When it restarted, everything I had done this morning was gone.

Does Time Machine restore this? If so, how do I do it?

iMac (24-inch Early 2009), Mac OS X (10.6.8)
