YouTube subscription not working?

Tonight I had an odd error occur when trying to look at the YouTube and access my favorites but cannot access my subscriptions. When I try to access my subscriptions, it doesn't load and videos, but it does have a few videos in my 'New Videos' section. If I go to the channels I have subscribed to, they say I haven't subscribe to them, but if I press 'subscribe' it'll pop up a error message- "YouTube not available." When I went to YouTube on my computer, however, all my subscriptions stayed the same.

I restarted the app as well as restarted my iPod, but nothing changed. I have also tried logging out and in again.

Please help!
