i am trying to sync the voice memos from itunes on PC with my iphone. but when i check it on the phone memos are still not there. is there any specific way to do so?

iPhones backup vioce memos made on the phone in the phone backup and are restored to the phone by restoring the entire backup. Where are these voice memos stored, where did they come from, and exactly how are you trying to sync them to the phone?

these voice memos are from ipod and backed up on PC. i am trying sync my phone and PC using cable.
how can i transfer my voice memos from itunes onto iphone?
