we were trying to transfer ringtones from my iPhone 4 to iPhone 4S and I got charged again. How do I get credited?.

i had purchased 2 ringtones a year or so ago and when I purhcased my new iphone4s, the verison guy was trying to transfer ringtones to my new phne and the only he could get them was to purchase them again. He said i wouldnt get charged because I had purchased them before but I did. How do I get thosse purchases off. I cannot find a way to email them. I need theisr email address. I feel they will make it right once I write to them.
