Remote desktop everything is dimmed

I have a lab with several different macs. I'm using ARD 3 and have access to about 3 of my computers. The rest of them I can see and control, but everything else is dimmed. I can't do anything else remotely. What do I do. I've tried upgrading the client software and I've tried taking them out of my list and re entering them. Nothing is working. Where do I go from here?

Have you checked the remote management settings on the effected clients? For you account do you have all the options checked? (copy, restart, extra) Have you tried checking and then unchecking remote management? (turning it off and back on)

dose that make a diffrence? or do you still have the issue?

Have you tried deleting and then re-adding the computer?
